The Village is a community-centered nonprofit based in Baldwin, New York, built on the belief that no one thrives alone.
We exist to strengthen individuals and families by meeting real needs with dignity, care, and consistency. Our work focuses on practical support—preparing individuals for employment, walking alongside parents through life’s challenges, and creating safe, nurturing spaces for children to grow.
Rooted in our local community, we serve Baldwin and the surrounding areas with the understanding that when people are supported well, families grow stronger and communities flourish. At Village One Lives, we don’t just provide services—we build relationships and walk with people as they move forward.
